British Got Talent judge Amanda Holden shared a photo of her doing a massage in a soothing salon on her Instagram, which surprised fans.

The 50-year-old Heart FM DJ will not shy away from showing off her impressive figure online and cover her chest with celebrity emojis while posing comfortably on the massage table.

Amanda looked straight into the camera, showing off her toned figure, and tied her golden bun into a bun.

According to the "Daily Star" report, the star who has been enjoying weekend trips with family and friends also poses as a masseur in the photo because she is grateful for the spa's efforts.

In her Instagram story, Amanda wrote: "Thank you @secretspauk for being the cherry on our cake this week."

Amanda has undoubtedly been making the most of her time, and on Saturday she wore a tight black swimsuit to swim in the cold water.

The mother of two, Amanda, braved the cold water with her best friends Lisa Faulkner and Sarah Parish, wearing a black jumpsuit to show off her Toned and youthful body with a drooping neckline.

Amanda shared this video with her 1.8 million fans. She also told her fans that as soon as she got out of the sea, she would drink some of her Marks and Spencer gin.

Amanda shook off her towel and said, "All I have to do is eat a bit after getting out of the sea on a cold December day!"

Once she came out of the water, the stars said: "Whatever you do this Christmas, start with gin!"

And her fans were also impressed by her bravery.

One said: "It's so funny, crazy Amanda."

The other agreed: "Total madness, madman, love you."
